The idea

A report card should show the whole child, not just a rank.

NEP 2020 asks schools to report on the whole child — cognitive, social, emotional, physical and creative growth — and to describe progress rather than rank it. That is a great deal to ask of a spreadsheet. Inspire HPC makes it something a school can actually run, term after term, without drowning its teachers in paperwork.

Every stage, one card

Foundational, Preparatory, Middle and Secondary — domains for the early years, subjects thereafter, each with its own framework.

Competency-based

Rated against curricular goals, competencies and learning outcomes on a descriptive scale — Beginner, Progressing, Competent, Advanced. No marks, no ranks.

Your framework, your words

The national framework comes loaded. Schools include, reword or hide any goal or competency, and add their own learning outcomes and subjects.

Assess how it suits you

One child across every subject, or one competency across the whole class in a single pass — both write the same record.

Aspirations that grow up

Interest discovery in the Preparatory years, an Ambition Card in the Middle years, and a career pathway and learning plan at Secondary.

360° picture

Teacher narratives, the child’s own reflection, parent observations and peer voice — a rounded, honest view of each learner.

Attendance built in

Monthly attendance carried onto the card, from the daily register or entered directly.

Term and year-end cards

Term cards through the year, and a year-end card showing both terms side by side rather than flattened into one.

Print-ready

Your letterhead, the child’s photograph, and a clean PDF for printing, filing or sharing with parents.

Built to the framework

Aligned to NEP 2020, NCF and PARAKH.

The card follows the national holistic progress card in structure and spirit — the six domains at the Foundational stage, subject-based curricular goals and competencies beyond it, and the stage-appropriate self-reflection that runs through all of them.

Foundational

The six domains of development, with learning outcomes and the child’s own Stream / Mountain / Sky self-assessment — renameable to your school’s own words.

Preparatory & Middle

Subject frameworks with curricular goals and competencies, plus My World & Me and the Ambition Card — interests, goals and the skills to get there.

Secondary

Subject competencies alongside My Pathway & Learning Plan — a career interest paired with the education pathway it actually requires.
